DealSphere Capital through its subsidiary DealSphere Capital GP manages Limited Partnerships that are target or industry specific. The Limited Partnerships are structured so that management fees are aligned with maximizing returns for limited partners.
Sanjeev Parsad is CEO of AJA Health and Wellness Inc, a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker symbol "AJA". Sanjeev is also co-founder of DealSphere Capital Inc.
Formerly, Sanjeev was co-founder and president of Corner Market Capital Corporation, a private equity firm that managed a private investment fund in the USA.
He is also the creator of "The Corner of Berkshire & Fairfax" investor online forum, with over 5,000 members. Mr. Parsad was profiled in a chapter of Andrew Kilpatrick's book "Of Permanent Value," an anthology on Warren Buffett and Berkshire Hathaway, as well as John Mihaljevic's "The Manual of Ideas."
Mr. Parsad is a director for AJA Health and Wellness Inc. (ajahw.com) and Purposely Platform Inc.(purposely.co).
Mr. Parsad is a National Director of the non-profit organization Dakshana Canada and a former Director for the Vancouver chapter of Cystic Fibrosis Canada.
Dan has spent his 32-year career as a licensed Residential and Commercial real estate broker in the Greater Vancouver and Lower Mainland areas.
He has sold hundreds of homes and represented buyers for residential and investment properties, as well as leased properties and sold businesses worth over 27 million CAD. His clientele spans from first-time homebuyers to large private equity corporations.
